State of Nerdarchy Address

D&D Beyond Previews Xanathar's Guide to Everything, Plus Pre-Order Bonus
Dissecting the X-Card Controversy

Hello Nerdarchy community and welcome to Nerdarchy.com!

If this is your first visit to our slice of the internet, thank you for visiting. We hope you enjoy your stay and come back again. For those already familiar with what we do here, on our You Tube channel and everywhere else, we’re happy to see you as always. The Nerdarchy community is something we’re very proud of and our reason and motivation to keep on doing what we do. We wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for the incredible support and to spotlight some of the exciting changes and new ventures.

Refreshed website

One of the many things we’re super excited about is the revamped website. It took a lot of hard work and effort to update and expand. There were a couple of snags along the way, but we’re back in full swing now. There’s still a few kinks to work out and rough spots to smooth over, so if you notice anything not working properly please let us know and we’ll do our best to make fixes. Overall we’re got a fresh new, clean look and easier navigation that we’ve happy with.

Part of the site revamp includes the creation of our own online storefront. In the Nerdarchy store you can find adventures and supplements for fifth edition Dungeons & Dragons, Nerdarchy clothing and accessories, and the newest addition – 3D printed accessories!

Nerdarchy is partnered with Archania’s Workshop to create 3D printed miniatures and terrain, dungeon tiles and monsters for D&D and other tabletop roleplaying games. Scott from Archania’s Workshop is a great friend of Nerdarchy, and his work shows up in all our You Tube videos – the official on-set Nerdarchy table sign was created by Archania’s Workshop.

Going forward, we’ll be looking for other opportunities to offer great content and items for your gaming needs and show your nerdy pride through our store. We’ll share new and featured items and keep working hard to make sure we have the best stuff for the awesome Nerdarchy community.

More and better content

Aside from the new store, we’ll continue creating and sharing new posts and articles here on the site. We’re committed to giving readers useful content, commentary, previews, reviews and more every day. Going forward, we’ll start providing shorter bits of content as Nerdy News to keep readers in the loop with developments and cool stuff going on in the tabletop roleplaying game industry. And our popular regular features Speak with Dead and Out of the Box D&D Encounters will continue each week alongside tips, insights, advice and homebrew content for D&D and other tabletop roleplaying games.

Elsewhere on the web

Nerdy NewsOn social media, we’re growing and expanding, too. Through Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch and more we’re engaging and growing, connecting with fans and other creators. Our collaboration with other gamers on Save or Dice will continue for Season Two starting in November, and other opportunities to game with new friends are in development as well. We hope you check out the Social Sites tab on the menu at the top of the website and join us on social media to keep up to date with all the exciting stuff going on, and share with us your gaming experiences, too!

Over on You Tube, we’re expanding our content to build the Nerdarchy Network. We’ll be spotlighting other You Tubers who are creating exclusive content for our channel. The Nerdarchy Network is proud to include content from Comic Book University and Pixelscapes already. Professor Bill and Jen Gagne are two terrific creators and friends who have their own You Tube channels and appear in our live games, too.

We’ll also continue our quest to deliver new video content daily. Currently, we’re publishing two new videos daily, Monday through Friday. Plus we’ve got our daily live chat segment, generally at noon eastern time featuring other great creators, influencers and cool people in the gaming community who stop by to talk nerdy with us. On Saturdays at 2 p.m. eastern, our Quests and Adventures are a chance to share announcements, recap the week, take a look forward and hang out live with fans, answer questions and connect.

NerdarchyOn the live gameplay side we’ve got some cool stuff, too. Marvel Super Heroes Roleplaying Game Season Two is underway on Mondays at 8 p.m. eastern with a sweet new overlay and other effects. On Tuesdays at 7 p.m. eastern the Scarlet Sisterhood of Steel and Sorcery continues to forge their legend. Wednesday evenings find Nerdarchist Dave as a cast member on Save or Dice on Twitch. The twin campaigns run by Nerdarchists Ted and Dave, set in and around their homebrew city Grypongaffe, continue to share their ongoing adventures with recorded gameplay sessions. Once a month, Nerdarchist Ted runs RPG Crate-sponsored adventures featuring the subscription box’s Tales from the Bloody Bucket content, with the next session scheduled for Oct. 20. And our Patreon supporters and fan games will continue as well.

We wanted to take this opportunity to share with you some of the things we’ve been up to, and there’s a whole lot more to come. None of this would be possible without the incredible Nerdarchy community that continues to grow along with us, driven by our motto: for nerds, by nerds.

Thank you for coming along on this ride with us and giving us the chance to share our passion with you and, as always, stay nerdy!
