South Jersey Geek Fest Discussion, Gaming Announcement, and Weekly Wrap 3-27-2016
Hello and well met travelers of the internet,
Nerdarchist Dave here with another week of Nerdarchy and we are kicking it off with a fan pic. What’s not to love about cats and RPGs? Be warned send us your pics and we might just share them with the rest of the community. To be fair this one was shared publicly on Facebook so that makes this one open season for sure.
In all seriousness we love getting pics and art from nerds around the world.
No games this weekend, but got a local con in as well as got to meet some of the fans in person. Awesome seeing Carl, Kyle, and James at South Jersey Geek Fest.
This week do to a glitch we did the weekly wrap video live on Google Hangouts. The recording we did had no sound so unless you read lips it wasn’t going to be very useful.
Both Ted and I spent the afternoon at South Jersey Geek Fest this weekend so we discuss that a little.
In addition we announced our next game of 5th Edition Dungeons and Dragons with the fans. Nerdarchist Ryan will be DMing the game and it’ll be taking place April 24th, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. Eastern time.
One of the announcements we make in the video is about Easy Roller Dice and their kickstarter. Below is the video for it plus a link to the kickstarter. I was amazed how inexpensive the rewards are for metal gaming dice. It’s a pretty hefty discount and they look sharp.
As we mentioned the Steam Punk World’s Fair 2016 is coming to New Jersey. If you find yourself there be sure to keep your eyes peeled for Nerdarchist Ted.
