Revilo Con Virtual Convention Offers Free Online Games, Panels and Events

Surprise, Entertain and Terrify 5E D&D Heroes with Tome of Beasts 2 from Kobold Press
Ten Candles Makes Your Final Moments Have Meaning

Hello fellow gamers. I am here to share some cool information with you about the inaugural Revilo Con, a virtual convention with a weekend of gaming, events and panels including Worldbuilding with Isaac and Brian — Hosted by Ted Adams (that’s me!).

Dedicated to RPGs set in the Creature Curation world of Revilo

Revilo is an amazing world created by the equally amazing Brian Colin. He is the sculptor and brain behind Creature Curation and the world of Revilo. Revilo is a setting he developed with his kids which is just fantastic. In the world of Revilo the typical fantasy races you’re familiar with are not the dominant species of the rich and developed world Brian created.

If you are interested in playing games in this world Revilo Con is a virtual convention happening this weekend. Revilo Con is absolutely free and you can get info on the convention or get into games from the website here.

I’ve been chosen to host one of the panels, which is all about worldbuilding. Worldbuilding with Isaac and Brian takes place this Sunday, Nov. 8 from 3-4 p.m. eastern. You can join the panel to watch and ask questions totally free along with all the other events and games taking place at this very first Revilo Con. This is going to be a real treat for me. Not only will we discuss wolrdbuilding tips but we will also get to explore the lore and world of Revilo. If you are looking to make your own homebrew setting for your tabletop roleplaying games, or if you have one and would like to see how others make approach worldbuilding to make their setting stand out from the usual fantasy worlds then I strongly urge you to join Brian, Isaac and me for the panel listed here.

I first became aware of Revilo creator Brian Colin for the fantastic sculptures and busts of his unique monsters from his world after Nerdarchist Dave and Nerditor Doug met him at a convention years ago and raved about his work and the story of Revilo’s creation. I have a couple of his busts hanging on the wall next to the gaming table. If you interested in seeing Brian’s Creature Curation work or adding his creations to your own gaming space you can check them out here. If the sculptures are not enough his brand diversified into pins and even stuffed animals based off of usual fantasy monsters. In fact you’ll find this items right at Nerdarchy the Store here. You can even get the full campaign setting compete with world book and REvilo Creature Collection Vol. 1 full of unique creatures to this setting. [NERDITOR’S NOTE: The assistant editor for the book is none other than yours truly!]
I sincerely hope to see you on Sunday for Worldbuilding with Isaac and Brian and strongly encourage you to join in on the games and events taking place at this inaugural Revilo Con, all 100% free. Check it out here.
Thanks for reading. Until next time, stay nerdy!
