Nerdarchy on Dragonlance 5e: Heroes of Krynn Revisited Unearthed Arcana Review
In this 26-minute video on Nerdarchy the YouTube channel Nerdarchists Dave and Ted delve into one of the all-time most beloved D&D campaign settings of Dragonlance. Wizards of the Coast created a revised Unearthed Arcana for Heroes of Krynn as a follow up to a first draft, which Nerdarchy also covered.
During the video they highlight the key differences between the two documents starting with the Lunar Magic Sorcerous Origin, which does not appear in Heroes of Krynn Revisited. The assumption is that particular option scored so well during the survey period it’s moving forward as it was initially presented (or close enough to that version).
The conversation proceeds to look at the kender race, Knight of Solamnia and Mage of High Sorcery backgrounds and the new feats in the document — Adept of the Black Robes, Adept of the Red Robes, Adept of the White Robes, Initiate of High Sorcery, Divinely Favored, Knight of the Crown, Knight of the Rose, Knight of the Sword and Squire of Solamnia.
