Nerdarchy on New D&D Spells from Strixhaven: A Curriculum of Chaos

In this 15-minute video on Nerdarchy the YouTube channel Nerdarchists Dave and Ted dive back into the latest fifth edition Dungeons & Dragons book Strixhaven: Curriculum of Chaos to take a look at the new spells within.

There are five spells included in the book, which introduces the Strixhaven University setting to 5E D&D drawn from Magic: The Gathering’s multiverse. The book also features four adventures. The five spells discussed in the video are:

• Borrowed Knowledge. A 2nd level divination spell available to bards, clerics, warlocks and wizards.
• Kinetic Jaunt. A 2nd level transmutation spell available to artificers, bards, sorcerers and wizards.
• Silvery Barbs. A 1st level enchantment spell available to bards, sorcerers and wizards.
• Vortex Warp. A 2nd level conjuration spell available to artificers, sorcerers and wizards.
• Wither and Bloom. A 2nd level necromancy spell available to druids, sorcerers and wizards.

In the video they describe each spell in detail along with sharing thoughts and insights into what these new spells bring to the table for 5E D&D players.
