Disclaimer- We at Nerdarchy and any of our constituents deny any liability resulting from the use of this site. If you start speaking in tongues, floating and/or vomiting pea soup or really anything construed as an undesirable result we are not liable. If we do any action that another person decides to replicate and they or anyone else is adversely affected by said action or anything associated with said action or even just using the website itself, we are not held liable.
This one goes out to the FCC since their “legal-ese” inspired me to write this piece:
From time to time we at Nerdarchy review products. We usually find ways to be paid for talking about the stuff we like to buy, play, read, or participate in when we review it. For example, we say a book is great and then we have a link to the book, we most likely will make money if you buy something from the site we sent you too.
Electrons, Energy Drinks / Tea, Gaming Books, and the Internet is not free. Sorry if that makes your world crumble but it is the truth. We may make money that pays the bills off of the articles we write and advertisements or links that people use from our site. If you are going to buy it because it sounds good based on our review that it would be appropriate if we directed you to it in a way that gets you the item and compensates us for our effective review.
We do promise not to recommend stuff unless we actually play with, use, or like it. If we say we like it or give it a positive review that is due to us truthfully wanting to tell you it’s level of coolness. We never recommend something and give something a false review to earn money. While we do not control the targeted ads they too will compensate us. In short, if you look at something on the site such as an ad or click a link that takes you to another site, Nerdarchy may make money from that action.
Content Sharing:
If we post any content that is from a third party this action will not be considered Nerdarchy or any of the Nerdarchy staff entering into an agreement with said party. Also any verbal, audio, typed, or written content/correspondence that contains language that could be considered an agreement to sell, buy, trade, or make content with Nerdarchy is considered non-binding without official documents signed by all of the owners.
If we have used your art but it is not to your liking or you have an issue with the way it was used please contact us and we will attempt to correct the situation to the best of our abilities.
So if a member of Nerdarchy talks to you about placing your writing, art, game system, songs, or anything else on our website or other accounts without a written promise of compensation then it is considered voluntarily given with no expectation of compensation. The verbal or implied agreements are not binding without an agreement in writing with terms specified within said document and approved by the owners.
