I was sitting there wracking my brain on what to  write about, as I have several ideas that all want to come out. Suddenly it occurred to me, there on my shelf is the answer, staring me in the face. I have a collection of video games from various systems and genres. To this end, I am going to create a list of things from outside table top I would like to see made into tabletop gaming systems. Nintendo Obsessed Nerdarchist: Zelda: Breath of the Wild

ZeldaSo, I picked up a little game for the Nintendo Switch recently called Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and oh, boy, is this one the game to end all games. Well, it is for many, myself included. See, this game hits all the points I look for in a game. I am a mixed bag of gamerdom. Sometimes I want to pick up a game and screw around for an hour or less. Sometimes I want to veg out for a day and really lose myself. This particular Nintendo game is totally fine with both, and even has things for all ages. I am exceptionally proud to say my six year old actually solved the Akj Va’quot shrine puzzle before I could even fully look at the thing. Seriously, thank you Nintendo for that proud parental moment. I digress. The game hits all the points, and we will go over many in this article. Nintendo Switch: First Impressions of a Nintendo Obsessed Nerdarchist

nintendo switchThe Nintendo Switch is out, and it is in my living room. Yeah, it’s neat, but what can we really say about it that has not been said? Well, with this I hope to say, in my own words, my opinions on this new system both good and bad. Yes, I said bad, because frankly one should endeavor to always find the bad in a situation for the purposes of improving the future.
