Official Rules for Nerdarchy Sweepstakes Contests, and Giveaways

Monthly Giveaway

Each month Nerdarchy holds a giveaway that is announced through video, email, article, or message.

If you are a Nerdarchy Patreon member you are automatically entered into the monthly drawings, no further entry is required, and multiple entries will make your entry invalid.

For non-patreon members to enter the monthly drawing they must download this,  monthlygiveaway, fill it out in full, and mail it to the address located at the bottom of the form.

Each Monthly entry must be postmarked after 12:01 A.M.,ET, on the first of the month in which it is considered a valid entry and no later than 11:59 P.M. on the last date of the month in which it is considered a valid entry. Any entry received after 11:59 P.M., ET, on the 8th of the month in which the giveaway is being announced, regardless of postmark, will be considered invalid.

For example if a giveaway is to be announced on the 10th of December then all Nerdarchy patreons members who are members before December 1st will automatically be entered. All mail in entry forms that are filled out for the December Giveaway and are postmarked after 12:01 A.M.,ET, on the November 1st and no later than 11:59 P.M.,ET, November 30th will be accepted as valid entries.
